摘　　要：物资采购关系到后勤保障职能的充分发挥和作战效能能力的积累。文中基于新体制下军队物资采购的内涵及特点分析的基础之上,阐述了军民融合对于军队采购的重要性,剖析了军队采购当前发展所面临的问题,结合采购实践并查阅文献,提出了解决军队物资采购军民融合发展问题的思路对策,为更好地推动采购军民融合可持续发展提供理论指导。Material procurement is related to the full play of logistics support functions and the accumulation of combat effectiveness capabilities.Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of military material procurement under the new system,the article expounds the importance of military-civilian integration for military procurement,analyzes the problems facing the current development of military procurement,combines procurement practice and consults the literature,and proposes to solve the military The ideas and countermeasures of the military-civilian integration development of material procurement provide theoretical guidance for better promoting the sustainable development of military-civilian integration of procurement.
