摘 要:为了加快球茎甘蓝的研究步伐,从球茎甘蓝起源进化、引种栽培、品种选育及分子生物学等方面对其研究现状及存在问题进行综合阐述。在栽培上,我国多地均已开展引种和栽培试验,并掌握了球茎甘蓝栽培技术;在种质资源上,我国球茎甘蓝种质资源的研究主要处于国外种质资源引进,地方品种收集、整理和保存的阶段;在育种上,球茎甘蓝在我国的种植面积相对较小,新品种选育科研力量较弱;在分子生物学研究上,关于球茎甘蓝的分子生物学机制的研究主要是将甘蓝作为参考基因组,研究皮色的调节机制;此外,对球茎甘蓝生物化学成分的药用价值进行了分析和总结,同时建议加大球茎甘蓝观赏性盆栽栽培技术的研究及利用。In order to speed up the research process of kohlrabi,the research status and existing problems of kohlrabi were summarized from the aspects of origin and evolution,introduction and cultivation,cultivar selection and molecular biology.In terms of cultivation,the introduction and cultivation experiments had been carried out in many places in China,and the cultivation technologies of kohlrabi had been mastered.In terms of germplasm resource,the research on germplasm resources of kohlrabi in China was mainly at the stage of introduction of foreign germplasm resources,collection,arrangement and preservation of local cultivars.In terms of breeding,the planting area of kohlrabi in China was relatively small,and the scientific research force of new cultivars breeding was relatively weak.In the molecular biology research,the research on the molecular biological mechanism of kohlrabi mainly took cabbage as the reference genome to study the regulation mechanism of bulb color.In addition,the medicinal value of the biochemical components of kohlrabi was analyzed and summarized,and it was suggested to increase the research and utilization of ornamental potted cultivation technology of kohlrabi.
