摘　　要：通过分析当前城市开发进程现状,得出城市更新工作中房屋调查的重要性,针对房屋调查和统计工作量繁重的特点,进行了基于EPS平台的二次开发工作。在开发工作中,采用了EPS平台下的脚本编辑器VBScript语言进行二次开发,最终实现了房屋调查明细表的自动统计并生成,大大减少了工作量并提高了效率,通过与人工计算的比对,证明了统计表数据的准确性和程序的可靠性。Based on the analysis of the current situation of urban development process,the importance of housing survey in urban renewal is obtained.According to the heavy workload of housing survey and statistics,the secondary development based on EPS platform is carried out.In the development work,the script editor VBScript language under the EPS platform is used for the secondary development work.Finally,the automatic statistics and generation of the house survey list are realized,which greatly reduces the workload and improves the efficiency.Through the comparison of the manual calculation,the accuracy of the statistical table data and the reliability of the program are proved.
