摘　　要：目的比较透明质酸注射隆鼻术与硅胶假体置入隆鼻术的效果及不良反应。方法回顾性分析2017年11月至2018年11月于许昌市中心医院就诊并接受透明质酸注射隆鼻术的44例患者(研究组)及接受硅胶假体置入隆鼻术的40例患者(对照组)的临床资料。比较两组患者术后1周、半年、1年的鼻尖挺翘满意度、鼻形满意度,比较两组患者术后半年及1年的效果维持情况,记录两组患者不良反应(感染、过敏、材料下滑移位、歪斜变形)发生情况。结果对照组术后1周、术后半年及术后1年的鼻尖挺翘满意度分别为80.00%(32/40)、65.00%(26/40)、47.50%(19/40),观察组分别为93.18%(41/44)、79.55%(35/44)、63.64%(28/41);对照组术后1周、术后半年及术后1年的鼻形满意度分别为80.00%(32/40)、55.00%(22/40)、40.00%(16/40),观察组分别为90.91%(40/44)、75.00%(33/44)、56.82%(25/44);两组鼻尖挺翘满意度、鼻形满意度比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后半年及术后1年,两组患者效果维持情况比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者感染、过敏、材料下滑移位、歪斜变形发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组不良反应总发生率(4.55%,2/44)低于对照组(27.50%,11/40),P<0.05。结论透明质酸注射隆鼻术与硅胶假体置入隆鼻术都是效果良好的隆鼻术式,具有良好的美容效果,但透明质酸注射隆鼻术安全性较高,不良反应较少。Objective To compare the plastic outcomes and adverse reactions between rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid injection and rhinoplasty with silicone prosthesis implantation.Methods The clinical data of 44 patients who underwent rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid injection(study group)and 40 patients who received rhinoplasty with silicone prosthesis implantation(control group)in Xuchang Central Hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Satisfaction of nose tip lift and satisfaction of nasal shape were compared between the two groups at 1 week,6 months and 1 year after surgery.The appearance maintenance was compared between the two groups at 6 months and 1 year after surgery.The incidence of adverse reactions,such as infection,allergies,sliding material shift,skew deformation,of the two groups were recorded.Results The nasal tip satisfaction rates of the control group were 80.00%(32/40),65.00%(26/40)and 47.50%(19/40),respectively,at 1 week,6 months and 1 year after surgery;and they were 93.18%(41/44),79.55%(35/44)and 63.64%(28/41),respectively,of the study group.The nasal shape satisfaction rates of the control group were 80.00%(32/40),55.00%(22/40)and 40.00%(16/40),respectively,at 1 week,6 months and 1 year after surgery;and they were 90.91%(40/44),75.00%(33/44)and 56.82%(25/44),respectively,of the study group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in nasal tip satisfaction rate and nasal shape satisfaction rate(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the appearance maintenance between the two groups at 6 months and 1 year after surgery(P>0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the incidences of infection,allergies,sliding material shift and skew deformation(P>0.05),however the overall incidence of adverse reactions in study group(4.55%,2/44)was significantly lower than that in control group(27.50%,11/40),P<0.05.Conclusions Rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid injection and rhinoplasty with silicone prosthesis implantatio
