摘　　要：目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年3月在焦作市第二人民医院治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者200例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组给予常规西药硝酸异山梨酯片、阿司匹林、酒石酸美托洛尔、瑞舒伐他汀钙胶囊治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予通心络胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗后心绞痛发作频率、持续时间以及心肌缺血总负荷量,评估治疗后各组患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能、峰值流速变化率。结果治疗后,观察组心绞痛发作频率与持续时间及心肌缺血总负荷显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组峰值流速变化率与血管内皮依赖性舒张功能显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论在冠心病心绞痛临床治疗中应用通心络胶囊,能有效降低心绞痛发作频率与心肌缺血总负荷,可改善血管内皮依赖性舒张功能,提高临床疗效,应用价值显著。Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,200 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in the Second People’s Hospital of Jiaozuo were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with isosorbide nitrate,aspirin,metoprolol tartrate and rosuvastatin calcium capsule. The observation group was treated with Tongxinluo Capsule on the basis of routine treatment. The frequency,duration and total load of myocardial ischemia were compared between the two groups. The changes of endothelium-dependent diastolic function and peak flow velocity were evaluated.Results After treatment,the frequency and duration of angina and the total load of myocardial ischemia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). The change rate of peak flow velocity and endothelium-dependent diastolic function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Tongxinluo capsule can effectively reduce the attack frequency of angina pectoris and the total load of myocardial ischemia,improve the endothelium-dependent vasodilation function,and improve the clinical effect in the treatment of angina pectoris.
