三七散中药封包外敷治疗踝关节扭伤的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨三七散中药封包外敷治疗踝关节扭伤患者的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年9月于郑州市骨科医院接受治疗的踝关节扭伤患者(未伴骨折) 60例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为参照组与观察组,每组30例。参照组给予扶他林乳胶剂治疗,观察组给予扶他林乳胶剂联合三七散中药封包外敷治疗。比较两组中显效、有效、无效等临床诊治结局及临床诊治有效性,比较两组踝关节不稳定、踝部长久性疼痛、关节炎等不良反应,比较两组的疼痛评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93. 33%(28/30),高于参照组[80. 00%(24/30)],差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后,两组的疼痛评分均呈现明显的下降趋势,且观察组的下降幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。参照组的不良反应发生率为13. 33%(4/30),观察组为13. 33%(4/30);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论三七散中药封包外敷疗法治疗踝关节扭伤,可有效改善患者的临床症状,缓解患者的疼痛感,增强踝关节功能,且安全系数较高,临床应用价值理想。Objective To investigate the effect of external application of Sanqi powder on ankle sprain. Methods From January 2018 to September 2019,60 patients with ankle sprain( without fracture) in Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital were selected as the study objects. According to the method of random number table,they were divided into reference group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with vitalin emulsion,and the observation group was treated with fotalin emulsion combined with Sanqi powder. The results of clinical diagnosis and treatment and the effectiveness of clinical diagnosis and treatment were compared between the two groups. The incidence of ankle instability,ankle long-term pain,arthritis and other adverse reactions and the pain scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 33%( 28/30),which was higher than that of the reference group( 80. 00%,24/30),the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the pain score of the two groups showed a significant downward trend, and the observation group decreased more significantly, the difference was significant( P <0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 13. 33%( 4/30) in the control group and 13. 33%( 4/30) in the observation group,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusions The external application of Sanqi powder in the treatment of ankle sprain can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,relieve the pain of the patients,enhance the ankle function,and the safety factor is high,the clinical application value is ideal.
