交联透明质酸钠凝胶粒径的激光散射法研究

摘  要:以交联透明质酸钠凝胶为研究对象,应用激光粒度分析仪和Hydro EV湿法进样器,以光散射法测定其粒径和粒径分布。考察了不同因素对粒径测定的影响。最终确定测定交联透明质酸钠凝胶粒径的最优条件为:以磷酸盐为分散介质,泵速为2000 r/min,搅拌时间为5 min,样品折射率为1.34,吸收率为0.01,遮光度为8%~20%。通过验证,该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于交联透明质酸钠凝胶的粒径分析。Taking cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel as the research object,its particle size and particle size distribution were determined by light scattering method using laser particle size analyzer and Hydro EV wet sampler.The influence of different factors on particle size determination was investigated.Finally,the optimal conditions for the determination of the particle size of the cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel are as follows:using phosphate as the dispersion medium,pump speed is 2000 r/min,the stirring time is 5 min,the sample refractive index is 1.34,the absorption rate is 0.01,the shading degree is 8%~20%.Through verification,the method is simple,fast,accurate and repeatable,and can be used for particle size analysis of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel.
