摘  要:建立了液相色谱-串联质谱法测定6种不同环境介质中磺胺嘧啶钠的检测方法。6种不同样品经甲醇超声提取,以乙腈+0.1%甲酸水(40+60,v/v)为流动相,使用Shin-pack VP-ODS色谱柱分离,采用多反应监测正离子模式对样品中目标化合物进行定性和定量测定。当标样添加浓度为0.05~0.50 mg/kg时,磺胺嘧啶钠在不同介质中的回收率为80.3%~98.5%,变异系数为0.2%~3.9%,磺胺嘧啶钠最低检测浓度为1.8×10-3 mg/kg。该方法简单快捷、准确度高,适用于环境样品中磺胺嘧啶钠含量的测定。A LC-MS-MS method was established for the determination of sulfadiazine sodium in six different environmental media.Six different samples were ultrasonically extracted with methanol.Using acetonitrile+0.1%formic acid water(40+60,v/v)as the mobile phase,Shin-pack VP-ODS chromatographic column as the separated column,the target compounds were determined qualitatively and quantitatively with multi-reaction monitoring positive ion mode.When the addition concentration of standard sample was 0.05~0.50 mg/kg,the recovery rate of sulfadiazine sodium in different media was 80.3%~98.5%,the coefficient of variation was 0.2%~3.9%,and the minimum detection concentration of sulfadiazine sodium was 1.8×10-3 mg/kg.The method is simple,fast,accurate and suitable for the determination of sulfadiazine sodium in environmental samples.
