摘　　要：文中结合某四层砖混结构建筑实例,分析了四层南侧墙体和屋面出现裂缝的原因,并提出解决措施。Combined with a four story brick concrete structure building example,this paper analyzes the causes of cracks in the wall and roof on the south side of the fourth floor,and puts forward solutions.
