摘　　要：文中结合实际案例,分析了施工单位在竣工结算审核阶段中存在的问题,并提出了应对措施。Combined with the actual case,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the completion settlement audit stage of the construction unit,and puts forward the countermeasures.
