摘　　要：目的介绍感控督导员制度在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)收治中山大学附属第三医院推行的实践经验。方法督导员以曾担任过感控护士者为佳,优先考虑有感染科、重症医学科和呼吸科背景的人员。其上岗前参加继教科和院感科组织的培训,掌握个人防护用品的穿脱技巧,熟悉上级和医院制定的各项感控指引。督导的工作方式以直接观察为主,可进行现场和视频监督;工作职责包括提供感控知识技术的答疑、即时错误纠正、应急援助等;通过拍摄现场问题照片及时反馈。督导内容包括个人行为、物品储备、环境与消毒、诊疗流程等类别的观察。结果感控督导员自2020年2月19日在隔离病区开展工作以来,累计发现违规风险行为15起,路径输送错误事件1起,个人防护失败职业暴露事件2起。隔离病区至今无一例医务人员发生COVID-19医院感染。结论面对COVID-19疫情感染防控,督导员制度在保障医务人员防护安全、持续宣教知识技能、安慰困境中的医务人员情绪、储备和输送后备力量等方面发挥了积极的作用,值得推广应用。OBJECTIVE To introduce the practice experience of promotion of infection control supervisor system in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University which is designated for treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).METHODS The supervisors were in priority recruited from infection control nurses and the staff in department of infection control,department of critical care medicine and respiratory department.In prior to working as the supervisors,they were well trained to maser the taking Personal Protective Equipment(PPE)on and off as well as all guidelines from hospitals.The direct supervision was the major manner of supervision,onsite supervision and video supervision could also be carried out.The duties of supervision included interpretation of techniques for infection control,timely correction of errors and immediate aid.The problems were fed back in time by taking onsite pictures.The supervision contents included personal behavior,storage of goods,environment and disinfection,and flow of diagnosis and treatment.RESULTS Since the infection control supervisor system was carried out in the isolation wards on Feb 19,2020,totally 15 incidents of risky violations,1 incident of path delivery error and 2 incidents of occupational exposure due to failed personal protection,were found.No health care workers had COVID-19 in the isolation wards.CONCLUSION The supervisor system plays a positive role in ensuring the safety of health care workers,consistently promoting knowledge and skills,comforting the health care workers,and reserving force.
