摘　　要：目的探讨带状疱疹病毒感染患者血清中核因子kappa B(NF-κB)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、趋化因子10(CXCL10)水平变化。方法选取2017年6月-2019年6月萍乡市人民医院80例带状疱疹病毒感染患者作为病例组,另选取同期80名门诊健康体检者作为对照组;采用酶联免疫法检测病例组患者及对照组血清NF-κB、TNF-α、CXCL10的水平。结果病例组患者血清NF-κB、TNF-α、CXCL10水平分别为(5.54±0.86)pg/ml、(7.51±1.25)pg/ml、(112.82±22.78)pg/ml,高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组患者经过治疗后,TNF-α、NF-κB、CXCL10水平低于治疗前,且疼痛评分低于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清NF-κB、TNF-α、CXCL10水平对治疗带状疱疹病毒感染患者的疗效判断具有一定的临床意义。OBJECTIVE To explore the changes of levels of serum nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and chemokine 10(CXCL10) in patients with herpes zoster virus infection. METHODS Totally 80 patients with heroes zoster virus infection who were treated in Pingxiang People’s Hospital from Jun 2017 to Jun 2019 were chosen as the case group, meanwhile, 80 healthy people who received physical examination in outpatient department were set as the control group. The levels of serum NF-κB, TNF-α and CXCL10 of the case group and the control group were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. RESULTS The levels of serum NF-κB, TNF-α and CXCL10 of the case group were respectively(5.54±0.86)pg/ml,(7.51±1.25)pg/ml and(112.82±22.78)pg/ml, significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of TNF-α, NF-κB and CXCL10 of the case group were significantly lower after the treatment than before the treatment, the pain score was significantly lower after the treatment than before the treatment(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The levels of serum NF-κB, TNF-α and CXCL10 have certain clinical significance in evaluation of the effect on treatment of the patients with herpes zoster virus infection.
