摘　　要：复方龙胆碳酸氢钠片是临床中常用的一种复方剂药物,在胃酸过多、食欲不振、消化不良等治疗中效果显著,蒽醌苷是复方龙胆碳酸氢钠片的主要成分,蒽醌苷含量不同,药物的实际功效也存在一定差异。本文通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对8种复方龙胆碳酸氢钠片中5种蒽醌苷的含量进行检测,对8种药物的实际功效展开对比。研究结果显示,8种药物企业所属的药品质量由优到劣的排名依次为:E、G、H、F、A、C、B、D,期望能为患者临床用药提供指导。Compound gentian sodium bicarbonate tablet is a commonly used compound drug in clinical.It has remarkable effect in the treatment of excessive gastric acid,loss of appetite and dyspepsia.Anthraquinone glycoside is the main component of compound gentian sodium bicarbonate tablets,anthraquinone content is different,the actual efficacy of this drug is also different.By HPLC,the content of anthraquinone glycosides in 8 kinds of compound sodium gentian bicarbonate tablets are detected in this paper,and the results show that 8 kinds of drugs corresponding enterprises ranked from superior to inferior are E、G、H、F、A、C、B、D,expecting to be able to promote the clinical use of patients.
