摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus disease,COVID-19)流行期间提升综合医院工作人员诊疗防控能力,及时发现和报告COVID-19病例,降低COVID-19在医院传播的风险的培训方法。方法根据国家和地方相关指南、方案和规范,分层级、分批次、分类别对全院工作人员进行培训。结果培训中遇到的难点包括:传统的大规模聚集培训方式不能被采用;国家、地方指南和方案多、更新速度快;培训对象数量大、类别多、到岗时间不同,培训内容不尽相同;培训资料内容交叉、部分内容不完全一致;个别工作人员有恐慌情绪等,均采取了相应的对策。结论COVID-19疫情期间非定点综合医院工作人员培训的不同阶段会遇到疑难问题,可通过转变培训方式、提供充足的学习资料、分类分级培训、加强考核监督、坚持循证感控、及时风险沟通等方法予以解决。OBJECTIVE To boost the medical staff’s capability of prevention and control in general hospitals during the Coronavirus disease(COVID-19)epidemic,detect and report the COVID-19 cases in a timely manner and reduce the risk of spread of COVID-19 in the hospital.METHODS The training was conducted at different levels,batches and classifications for the medical staff of the entire hospital based on national and local guidelines,programs and specifications.RESULTS The difficulties in the training were as follows:the traditional and large-scale gathering training modes could not be adopted;the national and local guidelines and programs were various and updated rapidly;there were a large number and varied training objects who had different on-duty time and training contents;the contents of training materials were overlapping,some of which were not completely consistent;some of the staff had panic emotions.The corresponding countermeasures were taken.CONCLUSION There are difficulties in the training of the medical staff in non-designated hospitals during the COVID-19 epidemic,and they can be solved by altering the training mode,providing adequate study materials,carrying out classified training,strengthening assessment and supervision,adhering to evidence-based control of infection and communicating with the risk in a timely manner.
