摘 要:针对特殊用途的规格为Ф50 mm的93W-5Ni-2Fe高比重合金制品本体取样出现力学性能偏低的原因进行了真空热处理试验分析验证,研究真空热处理对其显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:热处理不充分是造成93W-5Ni-2Fe高比重合金产品性能偏低的主要原因,经真空热处理后,合金的力学性能得到了提高,其抗拉强度大于900 MPa、伸长率大于15%、硬度为27 HRC;未真空热处理的合金断裂机制为以钨-钨界面分离为主的脆性断裂,经真空热处理后,合金的断裂机制为典型钨颗粒穿晶解理,伴随部分粘结相撕裂。Vacuum heat treatment test was carried out to verify the reasons for the low mechanical properties of 93W-5Ni-2Fe high specific gravity alloy products with the specification of Ф50 mm for special use,and the effect of vacuum heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy was studied.The results show that the insufficient heat treatment is the main reason of the low performance of the 93W-Ni-2Fe high specific gravity alloy products.After vacuum heat treatment,the mechanical properties of the 93WNi-2Fe high specific gravity alloy have been improved,the tensile strength is more than 900 MPa,the elongation is more than 15%,and the hardness is 27 HRC.The fracture mechanism of the alloy without vacuum heat treatment is brittle fracture dominated by tungstentungsten interface separation.After vacuum heat treatment,the fracture mechanism of the alloy is typical tungsten particle transgranular cleavage,accompanied by partial bonding phase tear.
