摘　　要：目的:探讨低温等离子单侧杓状软骨切除术治疗双声带麻痹的效果。方法:随机抽取2014年5月至2018年12月在郑州大学第一附属医院确诊为双声带麻痹的患者37例,男13例,女24例,均行支撑喉镜下低温等离子单侧杓状软骨切除术。随访6~62个月评估患者术后呼吸状况、吞咽功能及声音质量。结果:37例中34例呼吸困难症状缓解,并于术后3~5个月成功拔管,拔管率为91.9%(34/37);进流食呛咳33例,但均于术后8周(平均3周)内恢复正常吞咽功能;术后声音较术前嘶哑5例,但不影响日常交流。结论:支撑喉镜下低温等离子单侧杓状软骨切除术拔管率高,对喉的功能损失小,操作简单,手术时间短。Objective To investigate the efficacy of coblation unilateral arytenoidectomy in treatment of bilateral vocal cord paralysis.Methods A total of 37 patients with bilateral vocal cord paralysis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2014 to December 2018 were randomly selected,including 13 males and 24 females.All patients treated with coblation unilateral arytenoidectomy by endoscopic.The patients were followed up 6 to 62 months to assessed breathing,swallowing and sound quality.Results Among the 37 cases,34 cases of dyspnea were relieved and successfully extubated 3-5 months after operation.The extubation rate was 91.9%(34/37).The 33 patients had aspiration after surgery,but all of them recovered normal swallowing function within 8 weeks,averaging 3 weeks.The 5 patients had a mild reduction in voice quality without affecting communication.Conclusions Endoscopic oblation unilateral arytenoidectomy for treatment of BVFP has a high extubation rate,small loss of function to the larynx,simple operation and short operation time.
