摘  要:"三角区"绝缘纸松散为油浸倒立式CT典型绝缘缺陷之一。为探究局部放电特性,在实验室条件下,专门针对实体设备设置了此类故障。基于脉冲电流法测量了不同试验电压下的局部放电量,通过特征参量分析了从放电起始至预击穿过程中的PRPD谱图,进一步针对局部放电脉冲n-φ-q谱图,深入探讨了放电量、放电次数和相位间的关系。发现放电过程分为三个主要阶段:①放电起始阶段,脉冲簇集中,呈现悬浮电位放电特征;②当试验电压不断升高,放电幅值分散,相位稳定,有较明显的气隙放电特性;③接近预击穿时,气隙放电特征持续加强,但主要脉冲团簇向工频过零点偏移。研究结论为现场诊断油浸倒立式CT"三角区"绝缘纸松散故障积累了经验数据,提供了有效依据。The "triangle zone" loose insulation paper is one of the typical insulation defects of oil-immersed inverted current transformers. This kind of fault is set up for the entity equipment specially to explore the characteristics of partial discharge under laboratory conditions, and the partial discharge on the different test voltages based on the pulse current method are measured. This paper has the aid of PRPD spectra of discharge initiation to analyze sub-sequently, furthermore, discusse the relationship among discharge quantity, discharge times and phase for the n-φ-q spectrum of partial discharge pulse. It is found that the discharge process is divided into three main stages: ① the initial voltage is high, the pulse clusters concentrate with performance characteristic of suspended discharge;② as the test voltage increases continuously, the discharge amplitude is dispersed while the phase stable, performance characteristic of air gap discharge obviously;③ continuous to pre-breakdown, the air gap discharge characteristics are enhanced, but the main pulse clusters shift to the zero-crossing point of power frequency. The paper is accumulated for on-site diagnosis of oil-immersed inverted current transformer triangle defect.
