摘 要:为了提高系统容量,设计并验证了一种双变压器构架的大功率推挽DC/DC变换器。详细介绍了电路的工作原理、系统结构及其变压器的磁心选型、绕制工艺等设计过程。其次,高频变压器是功率变换器重要的一环,该拓扑采用"前并后串"双变压器的构架模式,可以大大减小单一变压器结构功率不足的问题,且变换效率高。最后搭建一套功率为3 kW的双变压器构架推挽DC/DC变换器试验电路,经测试验证变换器具有较高的效率与实用价值。In order to improve the system capacity, a high-power push-pull DC/DC converter with dual transformer structure is designed and verifed. The working principle of the circuit, the structure of the system and the design process of the core selection and winding of the transformer are introduced in detail. Secondly, the high-frequency transformer is an important part of the power converter, the topology adopts the frame mode of "front parallel and back series" double transformers, which can greatly reduce the power shortage of a single transformer structure, and the conversion effciency is high. At last, a set of push-pull DC/DC converter test circuit with 3 kW power is built, the test shows that the converter has high effciency and practical value.
