摘 要:当前,我国铁路建设处于历史最快时期,铁路房建单位作为运输辅助业单位,其如何适应铁路高速发展是当前铁路系统需要解决的重要课题。基于此,本文重点研究了提升铁路房建单位设备管理水平的措施。以青藏铁路房建设备管理为例,针对高寒海拔地区房建设备管理特点,总结分析了其房建设备管理要点,以期为类似工程应用提供参考。At present,my country's railway construction is in the fastest period in history,and railway housing construction units are used as transportation auxiliary units.How to adapt to the rapid development of railways is an important issue that the current railway system needs to solve.Based on this,this article focuses on the measures to improve the equipment management level of railway housing construction units.Taking the Qinghai-Tibet railway housing construction equipment management as an example,according to the characteristics of housing construction equipment management in high and cold altitude areas,the main points of its housing construction equipment management are summarized and analyzed in order to provide a reference for similar engineering applications.
