摘 要:研究了单掺粉煤灰和复掺粉煤灰与硅灰代替部分水泥对PVA-ECC试件力学性能、裂缝宽度及抗渗性能的影响。结果表明,单掺粉煤灰会导致PVA-ECC试件强度下降,但可显著增加其韧性。复掺粉煤灰与硅灰时,PVA-ECC试件表现出优异的应变硬化特性以及多缝开裂现象,力学性能得到提升,基体均匀性增加,抗渗性能得到改善,最大提升了约33%。试验得到了具有良好性能的粉煤灰-硅灰-水泥三元体系PVA-ECC试件,其极限拉伸应变达到2.07%,抗压强度达到42.6 MPa,裂缝宽度较小且分布均匀,渗透系数仅为2.136×10^-11 m/s,抗渗性能较优。The effects of single-doped fly ash and mixed fly ash and silica fume instead of part of cement on the mechanical properties,crack width and impermeability of PVA-ECC specimen were studied.The results show that the single-doped fly ash can reduce the strength of PVA-ECC specimen,but significantly increase its toughness.When mixed with fly ash and silica fume,PVA-ECC specimen shows excellent strain hardening characteristics and multi-slit cracking,the mechanical properties are improved,the matrix uniformity is increased,and the impermeability is improved with a maximum increase of about 33%.The good performance of fly ash-silica fume-cement ternary system PVA-ECC specimen is obtained,and its ultimate tensile strain is 2.07%,compressive strength is 42.6 MPa,crack width is small and uniformly distributed,permeability coefficient is only 2.136×10^-11 m/s,and its impermeability is good.
