摘　　要：短道速滑运动员的选材要求教练员和体育科研人员进行整体性考量,全方位地把握可以影响到短道速滑成绩的相关要素,基于理论联系实践的严谨态度进行科学选材,最终选取出更适合短道速滑运动的优秀人才。通过理论分析法,从体能、心理、智力等三个对短道速滑运动员影响最为重要的要素方面进行分析,在选材过程中总结出实践性较强的一些建议。旨在选取出高质量的短道速滑人才,为进一步提升我国短道速滑运动的整体水平提供参考。The selection of short track speed skaters requires the coaches and sports researchers to consider the whole,to grasp the relevant factors that can affect the performance of short track speed skaters in an all-round way,to select scientific materials based on the rigorous attitude of combining theory with practice,and finally to select outstanding talents more suitable for short track speed skaters.Through theoretical analysis,this paper analyzes the three most important factors that affect the short track speed skaters from physical,psychological and intelligence,and summarizes some practical suggestions in the selection process,aiming to select high-quality short track speed skaters and further improve the overall level of short track speed skaters in China.
