摘 要:以247名黑龙江省高校体育教师为调查对象,采用《简单应对方式问卷》和《高校体育教师职业倦怠量表》进行测试,探讨北方高校公体教师的应对方式与职业倦怠的关系。结果表明:男教师主要采用消极应对方式,女教师则主要采用积极应对方式:有意向离开本省的教师大多采用消极应对,而无离开意向的教师则主要采用积极应对:具有消极应对倾向的教师在情绪衰竭、去个性化及低成就感维度上显著高于积极应对倾向的教师。在情绪衰竭维度方面,10~20年教龄的指标高于10年以下及20年以上的指标:在去个性化维度方面,10~20年及20年以上教龄的指标高于10年以下的指标:在低成就感维度方面,20年以上教龄的指标高于10~20年及10年以下的指标。积极应对方式可以负向预测职业倦怠,而消极应对方式则能够正向预测职业倦怠。In this paper,247 College PE teachers in Heilongjiang Province were selected as the research objects,and the simple coping style questionnaire and the College Physical Education Teachers’job burnout scale were used to test the relationship between coping style and job burnout of public sports teachers in northern colleges and universities.The results show that:male teachers mainly adopt negative coping style,while female teachers mainly adopt positive coping style;teachers who intend to leave the province mostly adopt negative coping style,while those without intention to leave mainly adopt positive coping style;in addition,teachers with negative coping tendency are significantly higher than those with positive coping tendency in emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low sense of achievement Division.At the same time,in the dimension of emotional exhaustion,the indicators of 10-20 years of teaching experience are higher than those of less than 10 years and more;in the dimension of de personalization,the indicators of teaching experience of 10-20 years and above are higher than those of less than 10 years;in the dimension of low sense of achievement,the indicators of teaching experience of more than 20 years are higher than those of 10-20 years and less.Finally,positive coping style can negatively predict job burnout,while negative coping style can positively predict job burnout.
