补肾益肺化纤方治疗肺间质纤维化疗效观察及对肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾益肺化纤方治疗肺间质纤维化的临床疗效及其对患者肺功能、生活质量的影响。方法:将68例肺间质纤维化患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。对照组采用泼尼松治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用补肾益肺化纤方治疗。连续治疗3个月,观察2组临床疗效,治疗前后肺功能[第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)]及圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为94.12%,对照组为73.53%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者FVC、FEV1水平均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);且观察组FVC、FEV1水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者SGRQ中疾病影响、活动受限、呼吸症状的维度评分及总分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组上述各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益肺化纤方治疗肺间质纤维化疗效显著,可以有效改善患者的肺功能,提高其生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Yifei Huaxian prescription for pulmonary fibrosis and its effect on the lung function and quality of life of patients. Methods:A total of 68 cases of patients with pulmonary fibrosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with prednisone, and the observation group was additionally treated with Bushen Yifei Huaxian prescription based on the treatment of the control group. After continuous treatment for three months,the clinical effect,as well as the changes in the indexes of the lung function including the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1) and the forced vital capacity(FVC),and the scores of St. George’s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ) for the evaluation of quality of life before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results:The total clinical effective rate was 94.12% in the observation group and 73.53%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of FVC and FEV1 in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);and the two levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of impacts,activity and symptoms and the total score of SGRQ in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Yifei Huaxian prescription has significant curative effect in treating pulmonary fibrosis,which can effectively improve the lung function and quality of life of patients.
