中西医结合治疗配合针对性护理对慢性宫颈炎患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗配合针对性护理在慢性宫颈炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取慢性宫颈炎患者67例,按随机数字表法分为观察组35例和对照组32例。2组患者均给予中西医结合治疗方案,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理。比较2组生活质量评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、疾病知晓率、治疗依从率及护理满意度。结果:治疗后,2组日常生活、精神状态、躯体功能、社会功能各项评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分较治疗前降低,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从率及疾病知晓率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为91.43%,高于对照组71.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗配合针对性护理,能够减轻慢性宫颈炎患者疼痛,改善患者生活质量,提高患者对护理的满意度。Objective:To observe the application effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy combined with targeted nursing on patients with chronic cervicitis. Methods:A total of 67 cases of patients with chronic cervicitis were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,35 and32 cases in each group respectively. Both groups were given integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy;the control group was additionally given routine nursing;the observation group was additionally given targeted nursing. The scores of life quality and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),the disease awareness rate,the treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the scores of daily life, physical status, physical function and social function in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of VAS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The treatment compliance rate and disease awareness rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 91.43% in the observation group,higher than that of 71.88% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy combined with targeted nursing can alleviate pain in patients with chronic cervicitis,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
