三阳清解法治疗小儿外感发热临床探讨

摘　　要：小儿"体禀少阳",脏腑薄、藩篱疏,易于发病及传变,且易于从阳化热,致使小儿外感发热就诊时常常是太阳、少阳、阳明三阳合病。治疗时要抓住三阳之枢的少阳,以和解少阳为主,兼以清泻阳明、疏散太阳,笔者称之为三阳清解法。临床以此法治疗小儿外感发热,可取得良好疗效。Objective:According to the theory of "children constitution in lesser yang",viscera and bowels of children are not well-developed yet, and the defense against pathogen is not strong enough. Thus, children are susceptible to diseases;the diseases are likely to develop and heat can be easily generated from yang. Therefore,the cause of external contraction and fever in children is usually the combination of grater yang,lesser yang and yang brightness. The treatment should focus on lesser yang,which is the center of three yang. Hence the major treatment is harmonizing and releasing the lesser yang, assisted by clearing and purging yang brightness, and dispersing greater yang. The authors named this treatment Sanyang Qingjie method. In clinical treatment of external contraction and fever in children,this method will have good curative effect.
