摘 要:采用简单的氯苯(CB)反溶剂辅助旋涂技术构建一种新颖的随机纹理结构钙钛矿(RT-PVK)吸光层.系统研究CB浸渍量对MAI-PbI2-DMSO中间体多孔骨架结构的影响规律,揭示CB诱导的RT-PVK结晶动力学原理及内在反应机制.指出MAI-PbI2-DMSO中间体的多孔性质可为钙钛矿形成过程中所经历的晶格膨胀提供充足的空间,有效改善吸光层表/界面质量,提高电池性能.另外,RT-PVK吸光层具有适当的表面粗糙度和纵向有序的晶界分布,表现出优异的光捕获能力和载流子迁移率.最终,采用RT-PVK吸光层(约400 nm厚)制备的平面PSC获得了约20%的光电转换效率(PCE),并且表现出较高的可重复性.此外,整个电池的制备过程均在低温条件下进行(≤150℃),这有助于实现柔性及钙钛矿基叠层电池组件的制备.Efficient planar perovskite solar cells(PSCs)with high-quality absorbers are promising for ultrathin-,flexible-and tandem-photovoltaic applications.However,planar perovskite films tend to suffer from additional optical losses due to insufficient light harvesting.Therefore,the design and construction of high-quality random-textured perovskite absorbers are expected to improve the performance of planar PSCs.Here,a random-textured perovskite(RT-PVK)absorber was developed by using a facile chlorobenzene(CB)anti-solvent spin-coating method.The crystallization kinetics and growth mechanisms of CB-induced RT-PVK films had been systematically studied,allowing us to gain insights into the role of CB.It was found that an appropriate amount of CB promotes the formation of a porous MAI-PbI2-DMSO intermediates,which provided sufficient space for lattice reconstruction and structure expansion during perovskite growth,thus effectively improving the surface/interface quality,crystallinity and photoelectric properties of perovskite films.Moreover,the as-synthesized RT-PVK absorber showed the excellent light-harvesting capability and carrier mobility,due to its optimized surface roughness and longitudinally ordered grain boundary distribution.Ultimatly,the efficiencies of about 20%was obtained from planar PSCs fabricated using about 400 nm thick RT-PVK absorbers.Furthermore,an average efficiency of 19%was observed in 20 individual devices fabricated with the same optimized procedure,implying good reproducibility.
