摘 要:UV-B辐射是高山植物生长发育和代谢的重要影响因素.茉莉酸作为一种内源信号分子对UV-B辐射、低温、干旱、病虫害等胁迫具有广泛的响应.本实验选用牛皮杜鹃幼苗为材料,PAR辐射48 h为作为对照组,UV-B辐射48 h作为实验组,将实验组与对照组高山牛皮杜鹃的转录组测序结果进行对比分析.结果表明,差异基因主要富集到植物病原相互作用,淀粉和蔗糖代谢,MAPK信号通路、植物激素信号转导通路中,其中45个茉莉酸相关基因富集在JAZ通路和p80 MAPK通路中.初步证明牛皮杜鹃内源茉莉酸通过JAZ通路和p80 MAPK通路来响应UV-B辐射,为进一步阐述茉莉酸抗UV-B辐射机制提供了理论基础.UV-B radiation is an important factor affecting the growth,development and metabolism of alpine plants.Jasmonate,as an endogenous signal molecule,has a wide range of responses to UV-B radiation,low temperature,drought,pests and other stresses.In this experiment,Rhododendron chrysanthum seedlings were used as materials,par irradiation for 48 hours as the control group,UV-B radiation for 48 hours as the experimental group.The transcriptome sequencing results of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed.The results show that the differentially expressed genes were mainly concentrated in plant pathogen interaction,starch and sucrose metabolism,MAPK signaling pathway and plant hormone signaling pathway,among which 45 jasmonate related genes were concentrated in Jaz pathway and p80 MAPK pathway.It was proved that jasmonate in Rhododendron chrysanthum responded to UV-B radiation through Jaz pathway and p80 MAPK pathway,which provided a theoretical basis for further elucidating the mechanism of jasmonate against UV-B radiation.
