摘 要:通过分析扬花期冬小麦冠层光谱反射率与叶绿素含量的相关性,选取491、577、698和780 nm作为特征波段,利用其构建了归一化植被指数、差值植被指数、比值植被指数、三角形植被指数和增强型植被指数,分析光谱指数与叶绿素含量之间的相关性,并基于PROSPECT模型模拟的不同叶绿素含量(5~80μg·cm^-2)下的5 nm叶片光谱反射率数据,分析评价光谱指数对叶绿素含量变化的敏感性;再将五种光谱指数与叶绿素含量进行回归分析,构建叶绿素含量反演模型;最后利用验证数据对光谱指数反演模型进行真实性检验.结果表明,选取的五种光谱指数与叶绿素含量均具有显著相关性,其中SRI和EVI反演效果较好,决定系数R2分别为0.73和0.74,且预测值和实测值具有较好的拟合效果,其余指数反演效果较差.SRI对叶绿素含量具有较好的相关性和敏感性,表明其在全生育期冬小麦叶绿素含量反演中更具潜力.本研究可为其他农作物叶绿素含量反演提供研究思路和参考借鉴.By analyzing the correlation between the spectral reflectance and chlorophyll content of winter wheat canopy in the flowering period,491,577,698,and 780nm were selected as the characteristic bands.The normalized vegetation index,difference vegetation index,ratio vegetation index,triangle vegetation index and enhanced vegetation index were constructed using the characteristic bands,analyzed the correlation between the spectral indices and chlorophyll content,and based on the 5 nm leaf spectral reflectance data with different chlorophyll content(5-80μg·cm^-2)simulated by PROSPECT model,analyzed and evaluated the sensitivity of the spectral indices to chlorophyll content;then performed regression analysis on the five spectral indices and chlorophyll content to construct chlorophyll content inversion models;finally,used verification data to verify the authenticity of inversion models of spectral indices.The results show that there were significant correlation between the five spectral indices and chlorophyll content,and SRI and EVI used for inversion of chlorophyll content had better results,the determination coefficients were 0.73 and 0.74,respectively,and the predicted and measured values had good fitting effects,and the other indices inversion effects were weak.SRI had better correlation and sensitivity to chlorophyll content,indicated that it had potential ability for inversion of chlorophyll content of winter wheat in the whole growth period.This study could provide research ideas and references for the inversion of chlorophyll content in other crops.
