摘　　要：目的探讨早期床旁吞咽训练对重症病毒性脑炎患儿吞咽功能恢复的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年10月本院ICU和神经内科收治的重症病毒性脑炎患儿72例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组给予病毒性脑炎治疗方案常规治疗,观察组对照组治疗基础上由康复治疗师进行床旁吞咽功能训练。观察和比较两组患儿治疗1个月、3个月、6个月吞咽功能的恢复情况和并发症发生率。结果观察组通过早期床旁吞咽训练后在治疗3个月和6个月后总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗6个月后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期床旁吞咽训练不仅能促进重症病毒性脑炎合并吞咽障碍患儿的吞咽功能的恢复,还能有效降低并发症发生,保证其他康复治疗的实施,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of early bedside swallowing training on the recovery of swallowing function in children with severe viral encephalitis.Methods A total of 72 children with severe viral encephalitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into observation group(early bedside swallowing training group)and control group(conventional treatment group),each with 36 cases,according to the random number table method.Both groups were given conventional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for viral encephalitis.For the observation group,the rehabilitation therapist provided bedside swallowing function training.After a treatment of one month,3 months and 6 months,the recovery of swallowing function and the incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after the early bedside swallowing training was better than that of the control group after 3 months and 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than that in the control group after 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Early bedside swallowing training can not only promote the recovery of swallowing function in children with severe viral encephalitis complicated with dysphagia,but also effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and ensure the implementation of other rehabilitation treatments,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
