浅析五苓散加减治疗小儿遗尿

摘　　要：小儿遗尿为一种儿科常见病症,而五苓散为张仲景治疗水饮证的常用方,目前针对五苓散治疗该病报道较多,临床应用以辨证为主,结合舌脉进行加减,效果显著。文中案例均为学龄期儿童,病情顽固,影响儿童身心健康,本文主要阐述以五苓散为主方,加以疏肝醒脑之法治疗小儿反复遗尿,疗效确切。Enuresis in children is a common disease in pediatrics,and Wuling powder is the common prescription from Zhang Zhongjing to treat water-drink syndrome.At present,there are many reports on Wuling powder to treat this disease.In clinical practice,syndrome differentiation is the main focus,and the powder is modified based on tongue condition,which results in significant effect.The cases in this paper are school-age children with persistent illness,which affects the physical and mental health of children.This article mainly describes the Wuling powder as the main prescription,with additional relief of liver and clearing of mind,to treat recurrent enuresis in children,and the efficacy is accurate.
