摘　　要：当前,国家越来越重视改革发展,政事企分开为龙江森工集团改革创造了较好的发展环境,重点难点问题不断取得新突破,把绿水青山变为金山银山重要理论让龙江森工集团改革发展与经济社会发展总体状况日益结合,但龙江森工集团生产观念转变艰难,产业化发展慢,缺少市场化人才,负债巨大仍不容乐观,现关键时刻如何把握机遇,是龙江森工集团改革发展形势所面临的挑战。The reform and development situation of Longjiang Forest Industry Group is facing opportunities and challenges.China attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization and must turn Lucid waters and lush mountains into invaluable assets.What the market demands is a green living environment.The separation of government and enterprise has created possible development conditions for group reform.At present,there are problems such as difficulty in changing production concepts,slow industrialization development,lack of marketable talents,and huge debts.We must seize opportunities and meet challenges at critical moments.
