摘  要:建立玄黄散的质量标准,为玄黄散的质量控制提供参考。试验采用显微鉴别法观察玄明粉、大黄、苦参、陈皮中晶体;采用薄层色谱(TLC)法进行玄黄散中大黄、苦参的薄层鉴别,并进行土大黄苷检测。结果表明,玄黄散中均能检视到玄明粉、大黄、苦参、陈皮相应晶体,在薄层色谱中,供试品与大黄对照药材在相应位置显相同的荧光斑点,置氨蒸气熏蒸后,斑点变为红色;与苦参碱对照品在相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点;土大黄苷检测时,样品不显持久的亮紫色荧光。说明所建立的玄黄散质量标准专属性好、结果准确、重复性高,为其质量控制提供定性鉴别方法。To establish the quality standard of Xuanhuang powder,and to provide the basis for the quality control of Xuanhuang powder, Natrii sulfas exsiccatus, Radix et rhizoma rhei, Radix sophorae flavescentis and Pericarpium citri reticulatae were observed by microscopic identification. Thin layer chromatography(TLC) identification of Radix et rhizomarhei and Radix sophorae flavescentis was carried out. The results showed that the corresponding crystals in Natrii sulfas exsiccatus,Radix et rhizoma rhei,Radix sophorae flavescentis and Pericarpium citri reticulatae were detected in Xuanhuang powder. In the thin layer chromatography of test samples,fluorescent spots were found in the corresponding positions of control Radix et rhizoma rhei sample. After fumigation in the ammonia vapors,the spots changed to red. The same color spots were detected on the same location compared with the matrine reference sample. And no lasting rhein bright purple fluorescence was detected in the samples. It was concluded that the established quality standard of Xuanhuang powder had good specificity,accurate results and high repeatability,which provided a qualitative method for its quality control.
