摘  要:考察黄芩主要成分黄芩苷和黄芩素的体外抑菌作用。选氟苯尼考、头孢噻呋等药物作对照,用试管二倍稀释法和K-B纸片法测定黄芩苷等对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌作用。结果表明,氟苯尼考、头孢噻呋对大肠埃希菌临床菌株的抗菌活性远低于标准菌株,黄芩苷和黄芩素对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌都有抗菌活性,黄芩苷对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌活性比大肠埃希菌稍高,黄芩素对大肠埃希菌的抗菌活性稍高于金黄色葡萄球菌。结果提示,与预防治疗单一感染性疾病相比较,黄芩更适合兽医临床的混合感染性疾病的预防和治疗。In order to evaluate the antibacterial activity of baicalin and baicalein, which are the main components of Scutellaria Baicalensis. The florfenicol,ceftiofur were used as controls,two-fold dilution method and the K-B method were used to determine the antibacterial activity of baicalin and baicalein to gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria. The results show that the antibacterial activity of florfenicol and ceftiofur against clinical strains of Escherichia coli is much weaker than that of standard strains,baicalin and baicalin have antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,the antibacterial activity of baicalin against Escherichia coli is a little better than that of Staphylococcus aureus. The results suggest that,compared with the prevention and treatment of single infectious diseases,Scutellaria baicalensis is more suitable for the prevention and treatment of mixed infectious diseases in veterinary clinic.
