南昌市208名骨科护士职业期望与职业倦怠水平及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解南昌市骨科护士职业期望与职业倦怠水平及其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,于2019年1—7月选取南昌市233名从事骨科相关护理工作的在职护士,利用基本资料调查表、职业期望量表和职业倦怠量表进行问卷调查。结果 208名骨科护士职业期望得分为70.98±14.40,职业倦怠总分A得分为39.26±9.91;职业倦怠总分B得分为23.67±5.00。职业期望与职业倦怠总分A得分呈负相关,与职业倦怠总分B得分呈正相关(均P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,情感耗竭、情感淡漠、年龄是职业期望的独立影响因素(均P<0.05),均对职业期望具有负向预测作用。结论南昌市骨科护士职业期望与职业倦怠均处于中等水平,有待进一步改善。Objective To investigate the levels and influencing factors of occupational expectation and occupational burnout of 208 orthopedic nurses in Nanchang City. Methods By the convenience sampling method,233 orthopedic nurses were selected from January to July 2019 in Nanchang City. The questionnaire investigation was performed by the basic data questionnaire,occupational expectation scale and occupational burnout scale. Results The occupational expectation score of 208 orthopedic nurses was 70.98±14.40,the total score of occupational burnout A was 39.26 ±9.91,and the total score of occupational burnout B was 23.67±5.00. Occupational expectation was negatively correlated with the total score of occupational burnout A and positively correlated with the total score of occupational burnout B(both P<0.01). The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that emotional exhaustion,indifference emotion,and age were independent influencing factors of occupational expectation(all P<0.05),and all had negative predictive effects on occupational expectations. Conclusion The occupational expectations and occupational burnout of orthopedic nurses in Nanchang City are at the medium level and need to be further improved.
