二氧化碳点阵激光deep模式不同能量结合治疗42例痤疮疤痕的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察二氧化碳点阵激光deep模式不同能量结合治疗痤疮疤痕患者的治疗效果。方法对2019年42例就诊于天津市中医药研究院附属医院皮肤激光治疗科并进行二氧化碳点阵激光deep模式不同能量结合治疗痤疮疤痕的患者。所有患者均采用5%密度,17.5 mj,光斑1.5×1.5 cm正方形光斑于痤疮疤痕双面颊部治疗,再用deep模式,20%密度,5 mj,光斑1.5×1.5 cm正方形光斑进行第2遍的治疗。患者每次治疗间隔2个月。用痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)量表评估痤疮疤痕严重程度,用4级评估量表确定痤疮疤痕改善率及患者自我的满意情况。结果 42例患者在接受二氧化碳点阵激光deep模式不同能量结合治疗前痤疮疤痕ECCA评分为87.32±33.15,全部治疗结束后复诊时ECCA评分为70.89±29.35,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后痤疮疤痕明显改善有29人,占69.05%;显著改善有4人,占9.52%。42例患者中总满意率为80.96%,治疗3~4次患者的满意度好于治疗1~2次的患者(P<0.05)。结论二氧化碳点阵激光可以有效改善痤疮疤痕,多次治疗能获得更佳的治疗效果,患者的满意度越高。Objective To observe the effect of combination therapy of carbon dioxide lattice laser at deep mode with different energy for acne scars. Methods 42 acne scars patients who were treated with the combination therapy of carbon dioxide lattice laser at deep mode with different energy in Department of Skin Laser Therapy in Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2019 were collected. All patients received the treatment with 5% density,17.5 mj,1.5×1.5 cm square spot on both cheeks of acne scar,and then were given the treatment at deep mode with 20% density,5 mj,1.5 ×1.5 cm square spot. The treatment interval was two months. The clinical evaluation scale for acne scarring(ECCA) was used to evaluate the severity of acne scar,and 4-level evaluation scale was used to determine the improvement rate of acne scar and the patients’ self satisfaction. Results The ECCA score of 42 patients before treatment was 87.32±33.15,while that at the end of treatment was70.89±29.35,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,29(69.05%) patients improved and 4(9.52%)improved significantly. The total satisfaction rate of 42 patients was 80.96%. The satisfaction rate of patients treated 3-4 times was better than that of patients treated 1-2 times(P<0.05). Conclusion Carbon dioxide lattice laser can effectively improve acne scars,and multiple treatment can get better results,with the higher the satisfaction of patients.
