摘　　要：概述了国内外照明产品能效认证机制的现状,针对室内外LED照明产品能效强制性国家标准的制定及发布,介绍了我国LED照明产品能效标识制度和能效"领跑者"制度的实施要求,为推进我国照明行业能效标识制度的实施与落地提供参考。This article summarizes the current situation of energy efficiency certification mechanism of lighting products at home and abroad, and provides guidelines for the implementation of energy efficiency labeling system and energy efficiency "Top Runner" program of LED lighting products in China, in view of the development and release of the national mandatory energy efficiency standards for indoor and outdoor LED lighting products, hoping to provide reference for promoting the implementation and landing of the lighting industry energy efficiency labeling system.
