摘 要:设计了一款新型LED交通信号灯,在规定角度范围内光强分布均匀且直观无明显颗粒感。将高亮度LED出射光用均光透镜等光强分布在菲涅尔透镜平面上,利用菲涅尔双面透镜进行准直,通过曲面光学面罩进行出光以获得一定角度范围内的光强均匀分布,增加了可视角以及降低太阳幻像影响。利用光学设计软件Optiworks、Lighttools等对设计方案进行了模拟,将各角度光强分布模拟结果与标准要求进行了比较。通过仿真人眼对信号灯的成像,呈现人眼的观察效果。结果表明该光学系统设计满足设计要求。A new LED traffic signal lamp is designed, which has uniform distribution of light intensity within the specified angle range and no obvious particle sense. The luminosity of the high-brightness LEDs was distributed on the Fresnel lens plane with equal-intensity lens, and then collocated by Fresnel double-sided lens. The light was emitted by curved optical mask to obtain the uniform distribution of the intensity within a certain angle range, which increased the viewangle and reduced the influence of solar illusion. The design scheme was simulated by using professional optical design software such as Optiworks and Lighttools, and the distribution results of light intensity at various angles were given and compared with the standard requirements. By simulating the image of human eyes on the signal lamp, the observation effect of human eyes is presented.The results show that the optical system design meets the design requirements.
