摘 要:翅片管换热器模拟研究中仿真模型的建立会对模拟的计算精度产生影响。总结了对翅片管换热器流动换热性能研究的集中参数模型、分区模型、分布参数模型和分区集中参数模型这四种传统模型,且重点介绍了基于响应面法的多元非线性回归模型和基于人工神经网络的预测模型,并对这六种模型的优缺点与适用场合进行了详细分析。An established simulation model in the simulation study of the finned tube heat exchanger will impact the accuracy of the simulation.This paper summarized four traditional models reported by the researches on the flow heat transfer performance of finned tube heat exchangers,i.e.,centralized parameter model,partition model,distribution parameter model and partition centralized parameter model.In addition,the multivariate nonlinear regression model based on response surface method and the prediction model based on artificial neural network were mainly introduced.The advantages,disadvantages and applicable situations of these six models were analyzed in detail.
