摘 要:对湿法脱硫工艺的氧化再生过程进行了实验研究,通过单因素试验考察了温度、氧硫摩尔比、pH和酞菁钴四磺酸钠(PDS)质量浓度对再生效率的影响。基于单因素实验结果设计了四因素三水平正交实验,结果发现温度是影响氧化再生过程的关键因素,其次是氧硫摩尔比和p H,而PDS质量浓度的影响最小。最佳脱硫条件是氧硫摩尔比为1.25、PDS质量浓度为60mg/L、pH为8.6、温度为18℃,对应的再生效率为83.8%。对HS-的氧化再生过程进行了机理分析,提出控制多硫离子氧化是降低副盐生成的关键。最后对实际工厂脱硫氧化过程分析发现,其脱硫效率仅为55%,温度和氧硫摩尔比与实验最佳条件存在很大差异。The oxidation regeneration process in wet desulfurization process is studied via experiments.The effects of temperature,oxygen/sulfur ratio,p H,and phthalocyanine cobalt sulfonate(PDS)concentration on the regeneration efficiency are studied through a single-factor test.Based on the results of the single-factor test,an orthogonal experiment with four factors and three levels is designed.Temperature is found to be the most important factor affecting the oxidation process,followed by oxygen/sulfur ratio and p H,while PDS concentration has the least impact on the process.The optimal conditions are as follows:1.25 mmol/mmol of oxygen/sulfur,60 mg·L-1 of PDS,p H=8.68 and at 18℃.Under the optimal conditions,the regeneration efficiency can reach 83.8%.A mechanism for the oxidation regeneration of hydrogen bisulfide(HS-)is proposed that polysulfide ion seems to be the main factor governing the formation of byproduct salts.An actual industrial desulfurization oxidation process is analyzed,and its desulfurization efficiency is found to be only 55%.The lower efficiency is possibly due to that the temperature and the oxygen/sulfur ratio in the process are very different from the experiment’s optimal conditions.
