摘　　要：鉴于三氧化二砷类注射液对急性早幼粒细胞白血病(acute promyelocytic leukemia,APL)的确切临床疗效,其新型制剂的开发逐渐成为当前抗肿瘤药物的研究热点。本文以定量分析的方法对三氧化二砷类抗癌制剂的专利现状进行分析,从具体制剂产品角度对其重点专利进行技术要点梳理,归纳了其研发热点及空白点,以期为三氧化二砷类抗癌药物的研发提供借鉴与参考。In view of the definite clinical effect of arsenic trioxide injection on acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL),the development of new arsenic trioxide preparations has recently come into the spotlight of anticancer agents.In this paper,we analyzed the patent literature on inorganic arsenic preparations in the cancer field using a quantitative analysis method,summarized the technical points of the key patents of specific arsenic trioxide preparations,and reviewed the hotspots and blank spots of the research and development of this kind of agents.The analysis results can be used to predict the development trend of inorganic arsenic antitumor agents and provide a reference for the research.
