摘　　要：解郁丸是近年来精神科临床广泛应用的中成药之一,具有疏肝解郁、养心安神的功效,在抗抑郁、抗焦虑、改善睡眠等方面的临床疗效得到广泛的认可。为了进一步规范该药物的临床合理使用,全国相关领域的临床专家、中药药学专家、循证医学方法学专家编写该专家建议,采取临床研究证据和专家经验相结合的方式,对解郁丸治疗精神疾病提出适当建议,形成易于掌握、可行性好的指导意见。该专家建议推荐了解郁丸的临床应用适应证,在抑郁障碍、焦虑障碍、失眠障碍、躯体症状障碍以及在特殊人群中应用建议,并介绍其安全性特征,以指导解郁丸治疗精神疾病的临床实践。Jieyu Pill is one of the widely used Chinese patent drugs in psychiatry in recent years,with the effect of soothing the liver,relieving depression,and tranquilizing by nourishing the heart.Its clinical efficacy in anti-depression,anti-anxiety and sleep improvement has been widely recognized.In order to further standardize the clinical use of the drug,the project team invited frontline clinical experts,pharmaceutical experts of traditional Chinese medicine,and methodologists of evidence-based medicine in relevant fields around China to develop the expert recommendations.The expert recommendations give appropriate suggestions for Jieyu Pill in the treatment of mental illness based on a combination of clinical research evidence and expert experience,forming an easy-tohandle and feasible guidance.The expert recommendations recommend the clinical indications of Jieyu Pill and application in major depressive disorder,general anxiety disorder,insomnia,somatic symptom disorder and in special populations,and introduce its safety characteristics,in order to guide clinicians of traditional Chinese medicine,Western medicine,Chinese and Western integrative medicine to use Jieyu Pill rationally in the treatment of mental diseases.
