摘 要:海湾地区某石油陆上终端采用大罐静置沉降方式对油田输油干线来油进行二次深度脱水,将其体积含水率由0.5%左右降低到0.2%以下。近年来,随着若干新油田产油进入输油干线,在冬季温度较低时油田来油在陆上终端储罐中沉降25h后其含水率仍时常达不到0.2%以下。通过建立适用于特低含水原油的离心沉降破乳剂评价方法,研制了可促进输油干线来油中细小水滴相互聚并的二次脱水破乳剂DE1501。现场应用中,在DE1501加药量为12.4mg/L的条件下,输油干线来油在陆上终端储油罐内脱水至含水率不大于0.2%所需的沉降时间从平均20h左右缩短至约15h。Crude oil entering an on-shore crude oil terminal in the Gulf area was put into secondary dehydration by static gravitational settling in the oil storage tanks so that its BS&W could be reduced from around 0.5%v/v to below 0.2%before shipping.After the oil export from several new oil fields was tied into the main oil line,the oil/water separation in oil storage tanks slowed down significantly during the winter season.Frequently the average residual BS&W of the crude oil in an oil storage tank was still above 0.2%even after a retention time of 25h.Centrifugal settling procedures for the evaluation of demulsifiers on extremely dilute w/o crude oil emulsion were established and used to formulate a demulsifer DE1501which could facilitate the coalescence of tiny water droplets in the crude oil entering the terminal.In field application,injecting DE1501at a dosage of 12.4mg/L in the main oil line crude oil reduced the minimum retention time of oil in the oil storage tanks for the average BS&W to drop below 0.2%was shortened from around 20hto around 15h.
