摘　　要：化学驱产出液处理一直是困扰渤海Z油田的难题。针对使用疏水缔合聚合物的Z油田,开展破乳剂、反相破乳剂及清水剂的筛选及评价,并开展各类药剂的浓度梯度实验,从而优化筛选出适合该油田的产出液处理药剂,并确定各类药剂的最佳使用浓度。结果表明:在与现场工况完全一致的情况下,以脱水速率、油水界面情况、油中含水、脱出水水质为主要评价指标,优选出脱水效果较好的PRJ-3破乳剂,其最佳加药浓度为110mg/L;优选出性能较好的反相破乳剂FPR-1和FPR-7,它们与破乳剂PRJ-3有良好的协同性,最佳加药浓度为300mg/L;筛选出具有良好净水效果的清水剂QSJ-1、QSJ-2和QSJ-3,且当净水剂加入浓度为200mg/L时即可发挥较好的清水效果,能较好地净化C平台斜板除油器前的生产污水。The treatment of produced fluids in chemical flooding has always been a problem that plagues the Bohai Z oilfield,which has gradually affected the normal development and implementation of chemical flooding in this oilfield.In this paper,for the Z oilfield using hydrophobic associative polymers,the screening and evaluation of demulsifiers,reverse phase demulsifiers and water-removing agents were carried out,and the concentration gradient experiments of various agents were carried out to optimize the selection of the output fluid suitable for the oil field.The results showed that under the conditions that were completely consistent with the on-site conditions,the dehydration speed,oil-water interface,water in the oil,and the quality of the dewatered water were the main evaluation indicators.PRJ-3demulsifier with better dehydration effect was selected,and the best addition the drug concentration was 110mg/L;the better performance reverse phase demulsifiers FPR-1and FPR-7were preferred,and they have good synergy with the demulsifier PRJ-3,and the optimal drug concentration was 300mg/L;Water purifiers QSJ-1,QSJ-2and QSJ-3with good water purification effect,and when the concentration of the water purifier was above 200mg/L,it can exert better water purification effect and can better clean the C platform inclined plate production wastewater in front of the oiler.
