摘　　要：非心脏手术后心肌损伤(myocardial injury after noncardiac surgery,MINS)与术后心血管并发症、短期病死率等密切相关,但其临床表现不典型,常规检查敏感度或特异性不高,易延迟诊断甚至误诊,早期诊断MINS具有重要临床意义。文章通过介绍MINS的发病机制、临床表现及诊断标准,提高对MINS的重视,尽早发现和诊断MINS,从而达到改善患者预后的目的。文章对MINS的研究进展和超敏肌钙蛋白T(high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T,hs-cTnT)在MINS的诊断及其预后预测价值的相关研究进行综述。hs-cTnT在MINS诊断及其预后预测价值将被进一步关注及研究,并将为临床医师提供更为及时、可靠、可信的检测结果,为减少非心脏手术的心血管并发症及病死率提供更多的指导意义。Myocardial injury after noncardiac surgery(MINS)is closely related to postoperative cardiovascular complications and mortality in short time after surgery,but its clinical manifestations are not typical.The sensitivity or specificity of routine examination is poor,thus delayed diagnosis or even misdiagnosis may happen.Thus,the clinical significance of early diagnosis of MINS is high.By understanding the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and diagnostic criteria of MINS,our review enhances concerns on MINS and promotes diagnosing MINS in time for improving the prognosis of patients.The research advances of MINS,especially the related research on the diagnosis of MINS and the prognostic value of high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T(hs-cTnT),were reviewed.The value of hs-cTnT in the diagnosis of MINS and its prognostic value will be further emphasized and studied,which provides clinicians with timely,reliable and credible laboratory test results so that it provide more guidance for reducing cardiovascular complications and mortality in non-cardiac surgery.
