以上海“大西别墅”为例谈太原市社区更新

摘　　要：以某院"对标上海"课题研究为契机,选取了"行动上海——上海城市微更新计划"中"大西别墅"微更新项目为例,对上海城市更新发展以及项目改造前后进行分析,不再着眼于"大拆大建",而是,对已经失去社区公共活动功能的空间进行重新规划改造,同时也提升了老旧社区的生活品质。对标上海的城市更新,应结合太原市城市建设的实际情况,为该市未来城市建设提出新的发展思路。Taking the research of "Benchmarking Shanghai"as an opportunity,the paper selects the "Daxi villa"micro renewal project in "action Shanghai-Shanghai urban micro renewal plan"as an example to analyze the urban renewal and development of Shanghai as well as before and after the project renovation. Instead of focusing on "big demolition and big construction",it plans and renovates the space that has lost the function of community public activities it also improves the quality of life in the old community. The urban renewal of Shanghai should be combined with the actual situation of urban construction in Taiyuan,and put forward new development ideas for the future urban construction of Taiyuan.
