摘 要:为了获得有机—无机复合、防腐蚀性能优异的改性醇酸涂料,利用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)中的-NCO基团与端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(HTPDMS)结构中的-OH基团反应制得端-NCO有机硅/聚氨酯预聚体。用该预聚体对醇酸涂料进行改性,从而制备出双组分有机硅/聚氨酯改性醇酸树脂涂料,并对-NCO/-OH摩尔比、涂膜固化机理和涂料防腐性能进行了研究。结果表明,研制的有机硅/聚氨酯预聚体改性醇酸树脂涂料具有外观装饰性好、附着力优异、耐老化性好等特性,是一种综合性能优异的防腐涂料。In order to obtain alkyd coatings synthesized by organic and inorganic composites,also with excellent anti-corrosive property,this paper studies the reaction of-NCO groups of toluene diisocynate(TDI) and-OH groups of hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane( HTPDMS),which results in-NCO terminated organic silicon/polyurethane prepolymer. Then alkyd coatings modified by organic silicon/polyurethane prepolymer are fabricated. The influence of-NCO/-OH molar ratio,curing mechanism of the film and anti-corrosion performance of the coatings are analyzed as well. The results show that the alkyd coatings modified by organic silicon/polyurethane prepolymer have remarkable comprehensive performance in anti-corrosion fields,such as excellent decorative appearance,outstanding adhesion and aging resistance.
