分析全血胆碱酯酶检测在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的意义

摘　　要：目的对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭患者全血胆碱酯酶表达和临床意义进行分析。方法此研究对象共计60例,且时间均在2018年1月—2019年1月,分为A组、B组、C组,均检测全血胆碱酯酶水平,对比三组受检者的检测结果。结果A组全血胆碱酯酶水平均低于B组与C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组全血胆碱酯酶水平比较并无差异(P>0.05);A组经治疗全血胆碱酯酶水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭患者的全血胆碱酯酶表达较低,通过有效的治疗后,其水平逐渐提升,由此得知,通过全血胆碱酯酶可反映出实际病情,是判定预后效果的因子。Objective The expression and clinical significance of whole blood cholinesterase in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure were analyzed.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,a total of 60 subjects were enrolled in this study,and were divided into group A,group B,and group C.All patients were tested for whole blood cholinesterase levels,compared with the three groups.Test results.Results The level of whole blood cholinesterase in group A was lower than that in group B and C(P<0.05).There was no difference in the level of whole blood cholinesterase between group B and group C(P>0.05);group A The level of whole blood cholinesterase was Higher than that before treatment,and the dif ference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of whole blood cholinesterase in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure is low.After effective treatment,the level of cholinesterase is gradually increased.It is known that whole blood cholinesterase can reflect the actual condition.A factor that determines the prognostic effect.
