两种药物联合治疗老年慢性支气管炎的探讨

摘　　要：目的分析盐酸氨溴索口服溶液联合多索茶碱治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作的效果,以及对血清炎症指标的影响。方法2017年3月—2019年6月在医院收治的老年慢性支气管炎急性发作患者中选取72例。按照入院编号分成2个小组:常规治疗36例作为对照组,盐酸氨溴索口服溶液+多索茶碱治疗36例作为试验组。评定临床疗效。结果在咳嗽、湿啰音、喘息等症状上,试验组消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α指标均明显降低,且试验组降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效34例(94.4%),高于对照组的28例(77.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索口服溶液联合多索茶碱治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作疗效确切,能加快恢复速度、改善血清炎症指标。Objective To analyze the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with doxofylline on acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis in the elderly and its influence on serum inflammation indexes.Methods 72 patients with acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital were selected from March 2017 to June 2019.According to the admission number,it was divided into two groups:36 cases were treated conventionally as the control group,and 36 cases were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride+doxofylline as the experimental group.The clinical efficacy was assessed.Results In the symptoms of cough,wet rales,wheezing,the disappearance time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αindexes of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the reduction was more significant in the experimental group(P<0.05).There were 34 cases(94.4%)effective in the experimental group,which was higher than 28 cases(77.8%)in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with doxofylline is effective in treating acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis in the elderly,it can speed up the recovery and improve the serum inflammation index.
