摘　　要：目的探究骨折手术患者治疗中舒适护理的应用对手术效果以及康复质量的促进作用。方法2018年7月—2019年7月选取骨折患者工110例,,分组后对比患者护理前后不良情绪状态、疼痛程度及满意度。结果抑郁、焦虑、VAS疼痛评分研究组更低,护理满意度研究组更高(P<0.05)。结论骨折手术患者治疗中舒适护理的应用情况比较好,可以帮助患者调整好心情面对治疗和管理,帮助其拉近与护理人员的关系,促进对护理工作的配合,对于医院整体外在形象的建立也有所促进。且能够增强患者的自我护理能力,减少并发症,为病情恢复奠定基础。Objective To explore the application of comfort nursing in the treatment of patients with fracture surgery to the effect of surgery and the promotion of rehabilitation quality.Methods 110 cases of fracture patients were selected in this study.The operation and study participation time was from July 2018 to July 2019.After grouping,the patients were compared with the negative emotional state,pain level and satisfaction before and after nursing.Results Compared with depression,anxiety,and VAS pain scores,the study group was low,and the comparison of nursing satisfaction was high in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in the treatment of patients with fracture surgery is better.It can help patients adjust their mood to face treatment and management,help them to close the relationship with nursing staff,promote the cooperation of nursing work,and contribute to the overall external image of the hospital.Establishment has also been promoted.And it can enhance the patient's self-care ability,reduce complications,and lay the foundation for the recovery of the condition.
