摘　　要：作为资本市场的重要组成部分,我国企业债券市场发展大有可为。文章首先从宏观社融和微观企业视角剖析了企业债券融资的现状特点,然后分别从发行人和投资者两个视角探讨了企业债券融资可能存在的主要障碍,并基于畅通企业债券融资通道理念,根据市场化原则提出聚焦目标企业、用好增信措施、压实中介责任、严格投资者保护、支持品种创新等若干建议。As an important component part of the capital market,China's corporate bond market sees a promising future.Based on the analysis of the status quo and characteristics of corporate bond financing from the perspectives of social financing and corporates,this article discusses the main obstacles that may exist in corporate bond financing from the perspectives of issuers and investors.To unclog corporate bond financing channels while adhering to the principle of marketization,the article puts forward such suggestions as focusing on target enterprises,making good use of credit enhancement measures,pinning down responsibilities of intermediary agencies,strictly implementing investor protection,and supporting product innovation.
